The VHF/DSC radio course (SRC) is a must for any mariner – if you have a marine radio on your boat you should have an operator's license, which is also an essential part of the vessel's yearly survey requirements. (This certificate is also required for all commercial endorsement applications).

This course is primarily aimed at pleasure and commercial ski-boats and all yacht skippers up to holders of coastal skipper. The purpose of this course is to become a competent operator of VHF radio equipment, designed for the SRC including DSC, with particular emphasis in radio communications during Distress incidents.

We believe in safety at sea. We pride ourselves in running an excellent course and giving personal attention to each candidate.
