Agent Authorisation

Our agents are authorised to carry out the following activities on behalf of the Credit provider:

1. Complete applications for credit agreements.
2. Verify customer identity and address details, as required by the Financial Intelligence Centre act 38 of 2001.
3. Present customers with a Credit Provider’s quotation and pre-agreement statement.
4. Explain and finalise the signing of credit agreements.
5. Provide customers with the primary reason for a credit application being declined, where applicable.
